We want you to love your canvas. Here is how returns work at BESTOFCANVAS.COM.

Ready-made artwork

• You can return an item within 14 days of delivery.
• The canvas must be in good condition, the same way you received it.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• If you would like us to send you a prepaid return label, 30% of the item price is deducted from your refund.

Custom photo canvases

Custom canvases are printed just for you from your own photo, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind. If there is a problem with the print, we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, take a photo of it and send it to [email protected] within 14 days. We will send a replacement or a refund, and you will not pay for the return.
